We have a knowledgable staff to assist you in your efforts to purchase a truly spectacular piece of art for either yourself or someone special. We can ship all in stock merchandise within 48 hrs.
Company Policy:
All sales are payable via credit card : America Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover. Checks are acceptable.
All merchandise represented in photos are an accurate representation of the product you are purchasing, slight variations in color and size will occur as all this is hand made and no two pieces are exactly alike. Please feel free to call our customer service department if you have questions or are not comfortable or knowledgable about hand blown glass.
Any damages incured in shipping are the responsibility of the shipper ( oggi murano usa. ) In order for you to receive credit for the purchase YOU MUST FOLLOW THIS PROCEDURE!
1.) Save all cartons and inner packing materials. Throw nothing away.
2) Call Oggi Murano within 48 hrs of receipt of Merchandise and notify shipper as
well.
3.) If there is any outer damage to carton make a note to carrier before signing for
merchandise.
Please follow these instructions and you will receive credit. If you do not then you will be out of luck! Make sure you follow these instructions. These are the rules of UPS we will not get paid for damages if these instructions are not followed. CALL WE ARE HERE TO HELP. In most cases a replacements can go out immediately!
All sculptures and merchandise is returnable at the buyers discrepancy within 7 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service department to obtain an RTA number ( return authorization ) . You must obtain this number or our receiving department will not accept your package. Also it is important so that we can discuss the repacking of the item. In the case of some large items and sculptures certain packing procedures will have to be followed in order to be sure that they arrive in tact. We pack like pro's and we want to be sure you can ship safely.
