Any damages incured in shipping are the responsibility of the shipper ( oggi murano usa. ) In order for you to receive credit for the purchase.

                     YOU MUST FOLLOW THIS PROCEEDURE!

       1.) Save all cartons and inner packing materials. Throw nothing away.

       2.) Call Oggi Murano within 48 hrs of receipt of Merchandise and notify shipper as 

            well.

       3.) If there is any outer damage to carton make a note to carrier before signing for 

            merchandise.

 

       If you follow these instructions you will receive credit. Please make sure you follow these instructions. All damaged merchandise is returnable. All merchandise is returnable at the buyers discrepancy within 7 days of purchase. However, if it is not damaged and we are not sending a claims adjuster for inspection, because of the nature of our product. Other than jewelry or small gift items, you will have to assume responsability for shipping and insure this product yourself. Oggi Murano can not assume responsability for return packaging other than our own at our facility.
