Any damages incured in shipping are the responsibility of the shipper ( oggi murano usa. ) In order for you to receive a refund or replacement please follow the instructions outlined below.

Oggi Murano reserves the right to replace damaged items. If items are not in stock a refund will be issued.

                     YOU MUST FOLLOW THIS PROCEEDURE!

       1.) Save all cartons and inner packing materials. Throw nothing away.

       2.) Call Oggi Murano within 48 hrs of receipt of Merchandise 

       3.) If there is any outer damage to carton make a note to carrier before signing for 

            merchandise.

       4.) We will notify shipper for inspection and pick up.

 

       

        All merchandise is returnable at the buyers discrepancy within 7 days of purchase.

        All returns must be accompanied by a RTA ( return authorization number)

        Please call customer service for RTA at 561-279-9601. Mon thru Sat 10 am- 5pm EST.

        Oggi Murano will provide a Call Tag for returned merchandise someone must be available for pick up at location.

        All returned merchandise must be packed in the original cartons and inner packing material.

        All returned merchandise must be recieved in its original condition.

        Any merchandise returned for non acceptance from the shipper will be cahrged a 25% restocking fee.

        Any refunds,other than transport damaged merchandise, will exclude all shipping charges.
